You have to give CAT this year and fill the form. Please refer to any good website which can give you all details regarding the same.

First of all let me tell you about the fees. It is about ~13 lacs for resident Indians and ~20 lacs for NRI students .
Coming back to the first part of the question, I am sure you have already given CAT to apply for IIM Indore this year ?
If yes, you can apply for the same in case you have a good percentile( and good combination of academic percentages, work exp)
If no, you need to give CAT first to be able to apply for this college.
