I had completed my b-tech,but i have backlogs.can i do another degree like BBA/BBM or if any.? please suggest me.

It's all waste of time. first you study hard and clear all your back logs. and strongly prepare for gate or cat and get admission into it.or if you feel b.tech is very hard and i cannot study engineering. then simply pass your exam and prepare for dsc(govt teacher job) or take coaching for the banks
