Yes you can apply for MS in VLSI engineering.

Graduates, with First Class in B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/Computer Science/ IT/Instrumentation.

If you are Graduates, with First Class in B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/Computer Science/ IT/Instrumentation. then you can join the college for postgradustion You also need to appear in written test and interview.
