I had completed my Diploma. Is there any chance to get admission in IITs to complete my B.Tech?

Which year are you in? JEE Mains and Advanced score are important for you.
I suggest you to take Leet rather than JEE.
It's a bit relevant to ours.
I am a Diploma mechanical engineer.

Hello Uday, Yes of course. IIT's consider Diploma as equivalent to 12th. Hence you can hope to get admission in an IIT provided you clear JEE Mains and JEE Advanced with good marks.
