i had completed my masters in biotechnology i stood first in my university. may i directly enrolled in Ph D programme?

yes, you can directly enrol but only in the university from which you passed.

There is no way you can directly enroll for a PHD program in Canada. You will have to fill an application and take the respective international standardized tests i.e. GRE and TOEFL.

in which year you have completed you Phd. As for Phd you will be required to have at least 6-7 yrs of work experience and also you will be needing a research proposal. Do let me know if you have any work experience or not so that I can further tell you the process for applying in for PhD. If not the
