Hello,As you have pursued M.A. You have completed the first step of becoming a lecturer in India's reputed colleges and universities. There is UGC NET Exam which is conducted by the National Testing Agency through which candidates are selected for lectureship. The minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for the National Eligibility Test is having a master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks. NTA organise this exam twice a year. So, you get at least 6 months for preparation in each session of NET Exam. UGC NET Exam is conducted for 81 subjects so you have to choose the right subject. I hope it helps!

If you complete B.Ed then you can apply for teaching jobs. If you want to go for PSC then it's your choice.

It's okay if you have done it without interest, you still have time to do what you want to do. If you want to go in teaching line, you can do B.Ed or clear NET exam. Through NET you can be a lecturer and B.Ed. Will allow you to be a school teacher. If you want to be civil servants, you can become an IAS or IPS if you are interested.
