i had done B.Sc with chemistry....... and i am planning to do MBA in HR........... would it will be correct for a better job???????

for mba any graduate is minimum required. if you are having good communication then you will get good job in HR

HR is a function, which requires innate skills, which means you should have the skill sets within you, to be successful in HR. You cannot become an HR professional. Kindly look at some other line, which is in tune, with your basic qualification. If need be, you can take the help of a reputed career
