I had done MBBS, MD (Tropical Medicine)- MCI Recognized. Also done PDCDM. I want to do DM/DNB Nephrology. Is it possible anywhere in India?

My post graduation qualification is MD in Tropical Medicine (MCI recognized). I have also done Post Doctoral Certificate Course in Dialysis Medicine from SGPGIMS, Lucknow. I want to do further studies in Nephrology. How is it possible? I want to do from anywhere (India/abroad). Thank You
