I had done my 12th last year with 77% in cbse. i want to get an admission in mbbs in germany. my IELTS tst is on oct.How should I apply?

I had done my 12th last year with 77% in cbse from punjab .and 71% in pcb. i droped my last year . i want to get an admission in mbbs in germany. my IELTS tst is on oct. is this is possible for me to study in Germany and my ug is in english or german language?How should I apply?what is cost for it?
