I had done my BCA. What can I do to get a teaching job? Is B.Ed compulsory for a teaching job or can I get a teaching job by giving TET?

B.Ed is not required for lecturer job in colleges. You just need a Post Graduation degree with good academic record to get job in private colleges. If you are looking for Government college lecturer job then you have to clear exams like UGC-NET/SLET. B.Ed is only necessary for getting teaching job
