Hi,
In order to pursue Masters from universities abroad, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

imtiyaz you may take admission master degree after b.tech, and you are done diploma so that
your b.tech course will be 3 years. after b.tech your master degree will be 2 years.

For master degree degree is essncitional.After diplom please do degree either BE or B.tech.Then you join PG.

You may seek Masters Degree after a Bachelors degree. Lateral Entry facility is available in our country for Regular Diploma Holders in Engineering.
