i had done my law from university now i want to open a immigration consulatncy if any short term is required then i will do but that insitute must be in chandigarh

Instead of going for some institute, I would advise you to take some part time job, even as a legal consultant, with some standard travel agency. That will help you not only to gain practical experience, but also will help you to grab some inside secrets of such agencies.
