I had done my mba in finance from mumbai MIMR. Passed in 2012. Now i want to do mba in HR. What should i do?

    I assume you have a valid reason for choosing to specialize in HR. Drawing from my work experience of close to 20 years with reputed companies, I am of the firm opinion that HR professionals are born. You need to have the HR skills in you to make a mark for yourself in this function. HR is all about managing intellectual capital.

    Hi,
    As per your profile as you have already completed your MBA so it would not be advisable to go for a MBA degree again.
    As per your query it seems that now you wish to make your career in the field of HR, so as per your profile I would suggest you to look for job in HR field.
    Since you are a fresher in HR field you will be getting a entry level job like HR executive, recruitment executive etc, so you should accept this job and work for atleast one year, by this you will know HR department works.
    After gaining work experience of one year in HR field you may then opt for MBA in HR through distance education, by this you may easily maintain
