I had eligible for jeemains counselling under OBC category bu I had secured 54% in PCM XII std Total 67% in XII std.Can i eligable for IIITs

If you have scored 67% in CBSE Board then there is no chance in JoSAA counselling. No chance in IIIT, NIT and GFTI colleges.
