I had finished DEEE with 87%,and i want to do three years(lateral entry) B.Tech degree course.Who will conduct the counsiling and when?

i was diploma holder with87%.And i had 2years work experience.i want to get into on B.TECH lateral entry in any colleges in Tamilnadu.
