I had finished my 2year diploma(lateral entry) after my higher secondary, is possible to do 2year BCA in Madras University?

If you are planning for distance education, then there are Universities like SMU that offer lateral entry admissions for Diploma Holders. For regular courses such facility is not provided by most Universities. Alternately you may apply for B Tech lateral entry

Although, after doing Diploma programme you definitely can opt for Lateral Entry BCA, but as suggested by Aru, it is not provided by Madras University and secondly, there are not huge number of Institutes which give you this programme. Few of the Institutes which you may check with are:

Well University of Madras does not offer any any BCA program. However, the same is being offered by Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras.
