I had given exam of class 12 in 2011 and i am fail in that and i dont want to waste my year & i want to do "BJMC". What should i do???????

Vikram, If you are very particular about saving a year. Then you can enroll for your desired course through Open University Mode from Distance Learning Mode through various universities.
But do focus on your pending paper and clear the paper by Supplementary Exams itself with flying colours.
