I had given the BA final exam. in 2004, i had been failed in english,can i get the my degree . is there some short way.

I was a regular student of B.A. My BA3rd year is not clear in english,i got the second chance but i could not passed.Can i appear my english exam again after so many years.It was my big loss in my life. if i would get my B.A degree, very soon i can get a good promotion,pls guide me.thanks,
