I had got JEE Mains 126 marks and in 12th 91% can I get mechanical branch in this college?

You can get this branch but every year cut-off keeps on changing. So, be up to date.

You will definitely get the best university if you are scoring high in JEE. Since you have got 81 marks I think you would get above the 93 percentile.
