I had my MCA degree (1995-1998 batch)from Bharathidasan univerity thro'distance education.Is my degree recognised by DEC.ND?

I passed my MCA degree(1995-98)from center for distance education,Bharathidasan university.Subsequenly I had M.phil.from manonmaniamuniversiy and P.hd.,from Mother Terasa university.Is the MCA recognised one and am I eligible for appointments in universities in Tamilnadu?
