You won't be able to take admission in that because there is only one college in the main campus of the university that is NIELIT-Aurangabad and it only takes admission via JEE Mains.

Hello Suhas, Normally, all colleges in Maharashtra accept students in engineering based on MHCET. However, few seats under all India quota are filled up on basis of JEE Mains. However, I feel you may approach private colleges individually to seek seat under management quota. You may be successful.
