I had passed 10 th from CBSE, got 82%. Now can I apply for direct diploma for computer eng. in Mumbai or I have to pass 10+2?

I got 82 % in CBSE 10th this year. My interest in diploma in computer eng or auronatical eng. How can I apply directly after 10th in Mumbai college?
