I had passed 12th with commerce but I again studied it with science stream. Will it be a problem during getting an admission in B.Tech?

I had passed 12th with commerce with good marks and rejoined in a different school to pursue 12th with science.

Your stream during your 12 class will be considered. Don't worry about 11th class. Stay focused.
