I had passed diploma with 76.15% & i wanna take admission for degree in pune city. where i will get guidance ?

This year i had finished my diploma with 76.15% in mechanical branch. and i need guidance for taking admission in degree college at pune having better reputation and campus. And also tell me about JEE exams. Please help me.
