I had passed French Bacculaureate (equivalent to IB or +2 ) where can i enroll for BBA/BMS with any of the reputed college in Mumbai

I had passed French Bacculaureate (BAC) ( which is equivalent to International Bacculaureate or +2) I want to pursue BBA/BMS from any reputed college in Mumbai which has tie up with an University in Europe or USA/CANADA for further leading to MBS
