I had PCB in 12th and I am a dropper. Can I apply for NEST 2019? Which subjects are included in this test?

Students who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and have completed the registration process can appear for the NEST 2026 exam. NEST 2026 eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized board in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026.
• Have studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology in Class 11 & 12.
• Secured a minimum of 60% in aggregate or equivalent grade ( 55% for SC, ST, and Divyangjan categories).

NISER and UM-DAE CEBS conduct the NEST exam for admission to the integrated MSc programme offered in the institutes. The NEST exam is conducted as a computer-based test. The questions are based on the CBSE curriculum and the NCERT syllabus for Class 11 & 12.
