You should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in Class 12. For pursuing MBBS you need to qualify NEEt entrance exam and the eligibility criteria is you should have cleared your class 12th with aggregator 60%.

So by this you are eligible.

I think you should have biology in 11th also.
