Yes, having a pure Science background is typically the required qualification for B.Tech programs in CSE (Computer Science Engineering) and IT (Information Technology). However, you need to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in your 12th standard to be eligible. While some private institutions might have alternative eligibility criteria, the general rule is that you need PCM in 12th to be eligible for B.Tech in CSE or IT.

You are eligible for both but choose B.Tech in IT because the students in CSE course are more so the opportunity become less. I said these because am a B.Tech CSE student

You are eligible if you qualify EAMCET or Mains irrespective of your group. You can choose B.Tech CSE if you need theoretical foundation whereas IT for practical approach.
