i had qualified higher secondary by 63% in following subjects PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY, ENGLISH and PHY.EDU. Am I be able to join?

You could get admission as 63% is not bad(almost good). I can't say but u may asking 4 foreign universities. every foreign universities have their own rules and regulation 4 admission. But I'll suggest you to pass B.Sc from a good college and then apply for JAM to seek admission to best institutes l
