I had registered for 7 subjects for CUET-PG but I only want to appear for 1 subject. Will this affect my overall result?

No, it's not necessary to appear for all CUET subject exams. If you miss a particular subject exam, you will not be eligible to receive a degree in that particular subject. However, you may be able to receive a degree in other subjects for which you have taken the exam.
