Eligibility for admission in B.Arch at LPU is : B.Arch at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test

Yes, you are eligible. But to avail higher amount of scholarship you have to give LPU-NEST because LPU provides higher amount of scholarships on the basis of your score. Go to the website of LPU-NEST(nest.lpu.in) and know the full information about the exam.

As per the admissions 2020 The Eligibility for B.Tech is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST and moreover LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all priv

Obviously, you are eligible for admission in Bachelor of Architecture based on your rank in JEE Main paper 2 but there is a scholarship who got 175 or more. Yes, you are eligible for getting admission in Bachelor of Architecture based on your score in JEE Main paper II but you will not get any scholarship based on your score as scholarship starts from 175 scores in JEE Main paper II.
