I had scored 201 in B.Arch paper of JEE Mains with 57% in class 12th in 2017. Will I get a government college? I am from general category.

If there isn't any top 20 percentile criteria, you will get on the basis of Mains marks you got. Check the list of govt. colleges offering your aspiring course on JoSAA website then watch your favourite college cut-off and then fill the choices accordingly.
