i had scored 25 %tile in cat and 35000 rank in sep cmat, so which should i apply for.

Your percentile in Cat is very low,You may appear in May MAT or Sept CMAT and improve your scores to get into good colleges.All the best

No. If you are expecting good marks in Feb CMAT, you can apply.

Your score is too low to fetch calls from good MBA colleges. I would suggest you to apply for Feb MAT. Last date is 17th Jan 2013. Apply asap and make the fee payment online.
With a good MAT score, you may apply to good colleges like Christ, St Joseph, Amity etc.
