I had scored 59.9% in 12th and 64% in btech.Is these marks affect my job after completing MBA?

The marks should't affect your job after completing MBA. Because you will get a job on the basis of MBA and not on 12th. Sometimes in Academics, when you apply for the post of teacher the marks matter, but I don't think your marks are so bad that a good MBA degree would not be able to help you out.
