I had scored 69.8% in science stream cbse. Now I am thinking to switch over to commerce. Can I get admission in SD college.

You are not eligible for B.Com if you are from science stream. You can apply for BCA or BBA. But it's not possible with this percentage unless you have a special category.

Yes, from science to arts or commerce stream you can switch but not reverse.
