i had scored 89% in 12 cbse board exam and 91% in pcm buyt i have not given jee(main) this year can i apply for bits mesra ranchi

They do not take admissions without jee mains. You can try other good univs which conduct their own entrance tests.Your XIIth score will give you a heavy scholarship also.Check some good sites giving you best academic services: PES, LPU, RV, JNTU etc
