Even though have 5.5 score in speaking section, i believe the universities would consider your score considering the fact that you have an overall score of 6.5. for visa point of view i think u need to give the exam again. shifting from 5.5 to 6 is easy. but u may check with the immigration consultant for the study visa eligibility. i m not sure but i think 5.5 is enough to get a study visa clearance.
