I had taken admission on basis of last-year results in Mumbai University. So my eligibility will count according to last year or this year?
I passed out last year from CBSE board, and I had applied for improvement but in improvement, I failed.

Your eligibility will be based on your final score in class 12, after clearing the improvement exams.
