i had taken GRE,scores verbal 142,quant 155,AW 3, i want to apply for Phd in biomedical engineering or related field,suggest universities.

i had completed B.Tech-M.Tech (integrated) biotech degree and i want information regarding to which course is best for me at this time. And with GRE scores 297/340 which USA university should i apply for. I am resident of state CA, what are admission req,I want to enroll in fall 2012 session.
