i had taken GRE,scores verbal 142,quant 155,AW 3, i want to apply for Phd in biomedical engineering or related field,suggest universities.

I had completed my Btech MTech (Integrated) biotech from India. I need guidance in what course should i apply now and which universities could offer admission with these GRE scores. I wanted to enroll in fall 2012. Please guide me.
