i had to discontinue my predegree due to some family matters and now i want to continue after 20year . how??

i want to take under-graduation without completing predegree. I couldn't attend the final exams due to some family matters and now after 20 years i wish to continue it. I am 38 now .I want to take BA in English . Can u help me to find an exam equivalent to 12th , that could make me eligible to do BA
