I had very low marks that is 58.5% which collage should i join for civil enginerring

I am a student of gurukul.i passed 10 with 75% and got 88 marks in science .i did couching for iit from bikaner rajasthan and passed 12 with low % that was 58.5%.please suggest a collage in Bangalore or delhi for civil engineering which gives good placement and scolorship too
