i hav 3 years of experience in retail wid mba in retail ,now i wanna shift to hr , do i need any excutive mba or anythg to shift ?

I would suggest if you want to work in HR field then apply in their vacancies and be confident about it. If you get some Job in HR Field then you should go for distance MBA in HR otherwise dont change your field.

You can do Executive MBA (HR) which is also asset in your career. Doing any course additional is always benefical so that you know what to do in your future career. Since you have done MBA in Retail there some concepts which you would have done in foundation level. To have a good grasp
