I hav B.tech in CSE. I hav done CCNA.(not certified, attended once but failed). now i'm workin in a bpo company. i want to enhance my carrier through network field. i want to do CCNP. bt i dont hav any knowldge in microsoft. May I need microsoft knowledge to turn to network field.

sir your graduation is in B.tech why u so upset.? so much time u spend. so doing a good job not in BPO switch other in IT field aur telecom many there and make a strong CV. along with this pursue M Tech aur MBA from distance learning
