I hav cmpltd b.com in 2013 and got placed in Genpact, i need to knw short term courses as well as about the MBA progs to get growth

I am a 2013 fresher and joined Genpact recently, my query is tat whether i opt for Exe MBA from the company or dist MBA from anywhr else? Plz suggest me which will be better considerig future growth and industry competence. I don't wanna do CA,CS etc,plz suggest, i wana go step by step,1 by 1.

You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies. Being in a business school it has become more clear to me on what MBA offers to an average student.
