I hav completed FEIT. I have paid second yr fees twice,but college authorities demanding further 2 yrs fees for cancellation pls advise...

I have paid three years worth of fees in college but college authorities are demanding to pay again 2 year fees for cancellation as i paid 2nd year fees twice.there is not much difference in amount.i am in mumbai university for engg.I havent given 2nd year any exam.
