I hav completed MBA(HRM) n want to do phd in corespondence in management,but how to find the guide for phd.pls help me in this process

I'm 2010 MBA(HRM) Passed out in correspondence...n interested to do phd in management...but unable to find the guide for phd.As there is no guide im unable to apply for this year(2011).As the admissions for phd are about to close pls let me know the process and help me out...
