    Hi Mandar,
If you are planning to do MBA through a decent full time institute like IIMs, IMT, FMS etc. then in that case the eligibility is a Bachelor's degree with 50% and above percentage from a recognized University and even if you plan your MBA after completing M.Com the eligibility criteria would remain the same that is a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks.
As you have got pretty less percentage, it seems difficult that you can sit for MBA entrance examinations like CAT, XAT etc. You can try with institutes accepting MAT as they don't have any minimum cut off percentage.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries.

    Hi Mandar,
If you are planning for a career in Management stream , then opt for MBA else if you are keen to continue to pursue higher studies in Commerce then opt for the M.Com course.
Also if your are keen to pursue MBA from a good institute, you would require to qualify the entrance exam like CAT MAT SNAP XAT etc but for most of the entrances the requirement is minimum 50% in graduation where as your percentage is much lesser than required making it very difficult tb eligible for writing the entrances.
Still you may refer to the following link containing the list of institutes offering MBA:

It's not like that. While taking admission graduation percentage will also be taken in notice and you can take admission in those universities which have eligibility criteria of minimum 4o percent.
