It's not like that. While taking admission graduation percentage will also be taken in notice and you can take admission in those universities which have eligibility criteria of minimum 4o percent.

the minimum percentage is now 50 percent for MBA , and 45 % for M com, if you are in reserved category then you can got 5% relaxation , you can join any private university
