I hav done 12 in 2012 then i filled for improvement but could not give exams, now what can i do to increase my % in 12 for jee mains.Right now i m doing b.sc part1 in PCM.

Marks can be increased only by studying more and by basically claring the fundamentals in your mind. Instead of trying to remember everything it would be better to learn the basic fundmentals and methods to apply them. I also suggest you to judge yourself critically for the academics and opt for a c
